STAGE 1. Magnesium chloride flakes (food grade) for footsoaking and bathing (at least 2-3 times per week): MAGNESIUM IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT FOR THE BODY'S DETOXIFICATION SYSTEM AND TO SUPPORT THE LIVER. By soaking in magnesium bath water your body will not only have the opportunity to take up magnesium at its own pace (without further digestion), but also to excrete toxins via skin.
