The Most Important Mineral When You're Pregnant or Breastfeeding

When you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, supplementing with Magnesium is vitally important because of the extra demands on your body at these times. Research has found those people under extra stress – including pregnant and breastfeeding women - may need as much as 1,000mg Magnesium a day or more.

Is Elektra Magnesium Cream safe for pregnant or breastfeeding women?

Elektra Magnesium Cream is made in Australia from natural ingredients so it’s non-toxic and safe to use topically for everyone – including pregnant and lactating women. There are no chemical fragrances used and the amount of pure essential oils used is very small so they just provide a light fragrance.

The base of Elektra Magnesium Cream contains 15% magnesium chloride (food grade) infused in a complex blend of rich plant oils and butters, with essential fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins providing abundant buffering and skin barrier protection.
